key lessons to teach our kids

At the end of last year, I can across a real estate investment blog, that really hit home for me

The blog explain the 5 key lessons that we should teach our kids as parents, to help them succeed in life as they grow up

This hit home for me as a parent, as I look to offer my kids a world of possibilities. This hit home for myself, as I reflect on my way of life, the goals that I want to challenge myself with and what example I wanted to show my kids

This was a great motivator to launch my travel apparel brand in November 2019

Lesson #1: YOU CAN DO ANYTHING

Teach your kids that they can do anything — Not just say it, teach them with life example and leading by example. it’s one of the most important things you can ever do as a parent. Remember, all accomplishments start with the BELIEF that they can be done and with small wins along the way

Lesson #2: NEVER QUIT ON YOUR DREAMS, JUST TRY AGAIN

The worst thing a kid — or an adult — can do is to give up on their dreams. If you give up on your dreams, you will give up on ANYTHING. Like Thomas Edison said "I have not failed, I just found 10,000 ways that won't work". So get out of your comfort zone and try again

Lesson #3: THE MORE YOU LEARN, THE MORE YOU EARN

Warrant Buffet believes that “the more you learn, the more you earn.” A good series to watch with your kids would be "his Secret Millionaire Club TV" on Warren Buffet. They might not fully understand everything, but they will for sure remember that reading and learning can help them acquire more knowledge.

Lesson #4: I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

One of the WORSE habit any kid or adult can have than to make excuses. And believe me, this bad habit will only get worse in adulthood. The bottom line is you can either go through life making excuses or creating success.

Lesson  #5: NO NEGATIVE SELF-TALK

Perhaps most important of all, I want to teach my kids to go through life without negativity. How much brighter would your day be if you only just stay positive?
